Natan Sharansky is PM Netanyahu's Candidate for Jewish Agency Chairman

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will recommend to the Jewish Agency Board of Governors that Natan Sharansky be appointed as the Agency's next Chairman.
Sharansky, 61, a former prisoner-of-Zion, received the US Congressional Gold Medal and has recently led the Adelson Institute for Strategic Studies at the Shalem Center in Jerusalem.
