Peres also suggests that soldiers in regular military service will complete a bachelor's university degree during their military service.

The Israeli president, Shimon Peres, presented this morning at a world conference an alternative plan to encourage the economy. According to him, the plan is based on the provision of grants from the state, which in its framework, benefits will be given to ten Israeli economic branches that will be defined by the government as "a driving force behind comprehensive economic growth".
