Likud-Ahi list submitted to Central Elections Committee
The Likud-Ahi list was officially submitted to the Central Elections Committee. Prior to submitting the joint list, the two parties signed an agreement for political alliance in the upcoming 18th Knesset elections, which maintains the independence of both parties. Ahi representatives Shalom Lerner and Edmond Hasin received the slots 39 and 45 in accordance with the agreement.
The joint list will work towards strengthening a Jewish and Democratic state, restoring security, a strong and striving economy, a far-reaching reform in the educational system, strengthening of settlements and National-Religious institutes and working towards solving the injustice inflicted on the settlers of Gush Katif and the Northern Shomron.
